Confident Speaking: Body Language Focused Identify your power statement and feel confidence in your body as you stand firm in what you believe in. This session teaches you tools to identify your power statement and ways to establish authority in what you want to be known for, as well as extensively helps you to recognize how confidence feels in your body. Understand the use and impact of body language, sound, and tone to come across as a more confident speaker. Ideal group size is 10.

Facilitation Basics: Become an engaging and effective facilitator through engagement and practice while applying 10 facilitation basics that every facilitator needs to keep your group on task and having fun. Learn how to set the tone, keep participants engaged, Identify learning objectives, deal with difficult situations and more. Ideal group size is 10 to 20. A workbook will be provided via PDF and it is highly recommended to have a printed copy available for each participant.
